Coventry Intermediaries says its booking fee of £250 will no longer be payable on any of its buy-to-let mortgages for a limited period.
This follows the lender’s recent move to waive product fees on its residential range.
Kevin Purvey, Coventry Building Society’s head of intermediaries, said: “We have decided to extend this early Christmas present to all buy-to-let investors. With a range of options, including fixed rates with no ERCs and our ever-popular Flexx for Term products starting from just 2.55%, there has never been a better time to do business with the Coventry.
