Dragonfly appoints credit manager

Dragonfly Property Finance

Brian Levin has joined Dragonfly Property Finance as credit manager.

He was previously underwriting and operations manager at Masthaven Bridging Finance and, before that, was founder at property firm, Montague Knight.

He will provide support to the bridging lender’s head of credit and servicing, Matt Smith.

“Brian is a fantastic addition to the team and his experience of working within an FSA-regulated environment couldn’t have come at a better time,” said Jonathan Samuels, CEO, Dragonfly Property Finance.

“We are always looking to improve our service levels for brokers and Brian’s appointment – bringing expertise, experience and deep industry knowledge – will enable us to do just that.”

Levin added: “I’m thrilled to have joined the leading lender in the bridging industry, which has introduced new ideas and a whole new approach to short- and medium term finance. As well as lending far more than anyone else, Dragonfly puts together some of the most complex deals, which I’m really excited to have the chance to be involved with.

“Dragonfly is still very young as a company and I hope to play an important role in its continued growth during the years ahead.”
