Complete FS has appointed two new members of staff to its broker facing teams.
Davinia Blackman, who joins the residential, buy-to-let and secured loans team as senior underwriter, has been in the industry since 1990 with Solent Mortgage Services (SMS), where she joined from college.
She developed her skills and knowledge as an underwriter in secured loans and then expanded her repertoire into first charge lending. Latterly, she ran the processing team at SMS as office manager.
Julie Sides, who joins the bridging & commercial team,began her career as an underwriter at the Portsmouth Building Society. She joined BDS Mortgage Group as an underwriter in 1994. In her 11 years at BDS, she then graduated to broker sales and product development.
Before the credit crunch, Sides also spent two years at TML Financial Solutions as head of product development.
