The Tenet Group has announced that two existing directors have been appointed to its board.
Distribution and development director, Helen Ball, and managing director of TenetLime, Gemma Harle, both joined the board in December.
Ball has been with Tenet since 2011, initially joining as sales and development director of Sinfonia Asset Management and being appointed to her current role in February 2013. She has 34 years’ industry experience in business development, fund management and sales and marketing and is also a Fellow of the Institute of Directors.
Harle joined Tenet as managing director of its non-investment proposition, TenetLime in 2010. She has also held a number of other senior positions within the industry, at both lenders and distributors,
Martin Greenwood, Tenet Group chief executive, said: “Helen and Gemma both bring different skills, knowledge and experience to the Board and will help it to deliver its strategic objectives.”
