Foundation Home Loans (FHL) has recruited three new employees to join the administration and underwriting teams at the Bracknell based lender with three more joining by the end of the month.
FHL is the buy-to-let lender launched by Paratus AMC in February. Melanie Leask, its director of new business implementation at FHL, said: “Since we launched in February, our commitment to service has been one of our paramount considerations when talking to the intermediary community.
“Even before we had received our first application and our new business had gained the momentum it has achieved, we were already planning the expansion of the service team to ensure that we maintained and exceeded the service expectations to brokers and their clients.
“The new team members have over 50 years of relevant industry experience between them. It was vital for us to have the time to find the right people with the level of professionalism and knowledge we believe our introducers have come to expect from us.”
