Mint Bridging has made a number of new appointments to its team.
Karen Shepherd has joined the team as its new operations manager to drive operational efficiencies and provide leading service. She has a background in process improvement and has worked in the finance industry for over 30 years.
In addition, Laurence Perkins has joined Mint as an underwriter, while Danielle Comer takes up the role of pre-completions manager.
Finally, Anthony Gorman (pictured) joins from Together as a business development manager.

Part of that journey was the appointment of Karen, followed by Laurence, Dani and Anthony, all of whom bring with them a wealth of knowledge and experience that will be invaluable to the business.”
