FSA takes action against firm in liquidation

The FSA has withdrawn the permissions of a mortgage brokerage which is already in liquidation.

Westminster Mortgages Limited, which is now in the hands of the Official Receiver, has been informed by the regulator that its Part IV permissions have been withdrawn.

This is because Westminster failed to pay fees and levies of £1,581.57 owed to the FSA, and to respond “adequately”” to the FSA’s repeated requests that it do so.
