Goldsmith Williams Solicitors is offering a package for first-time buyers.
The offer, which also includes 10% off standard legal fees, aims to highlight that the Stamp Dity exemption has now entered its final year following last week’s Budget.
Under the terms of the deal, buyers can claim £50 worth of B&Q or Marks & Spencer vouchers upon completion of their residential purchase as long as its value is within the 1% stamp duty band and the purchase is not on a buy-to-let basis.
