GE Money cuts rates by 60bps

GE Money Home Lending has reduced rates for new mortgage customers by 0.6 percentage points.

It is also offering a completion fee free option on selected products across its GEM1 product range. Rates now start from 3.94%.

In addition, the lender has also introduced price reductions of up to 0.5 percentage points on all 70% to 75% LTV cases across its range.

Nikki Warren, GE Money Home Lending’s head of sales, said: “The reduction in rates and completion fee free options has been welcomed by our brokers, and will help provide consumers with much needed savings on mortgage fees and ongoing monthly payments.”
