Goldsmith Williams is to continue to offer its fee-free conveyancing deal in 2010.
The deal, which is available when brokers instruct the direct conveyancing firm rather than use a lender’s fee free scheme, includes benefits such as a
£75 broker fee – when a lender’s cashback alternative is £250 and a £50 broker fee payable – even if the lender cashback is only £200.
Goldsmith Williams also promises a seven-day completion guarantee from the date of the mortgage offer.
