Equity release specialist Home & Capital has taken over In Retirement Services’ portfolio of around 1,000 home reversion plans on behalf of an unnamed “major international financial institution””. H&C has taken over operational responsibility for the administration of the portfolio and says it expects to execute a long-term contract for the business “”in due course””
