Nick Bedford has joined HML as chief financial officer.
Bedford joins after 10 years with Capita, where he held a range of senior finance positions, including senior divisional finance director for regulated business.
He will be responsible for HML’s finance and business intelligence divisions.
“HML has been through change, but it has emerged stronger and is now entering a period where there is high potential for growth in new and existing markets,” said Bedford.
“I was attracted to joining an established yet progressive organisation in a sector I’m familiar with. I understand the need for outsourcers to offer value to clients throughout the relationship and the importance of a strategic partnership approach to business,” he added.
HML’s chief executive officer Andrew Jones said: “Nick brings experience and contacts to our executive team. His client-focused approach to the job is an excellent fit with our strategy and one I’m sure will resonate with our clients.”
