HML has appointed Nigel Turner as its new chief commercial officer (COO).
Turner (pictured) will report to HML chief executive Andrew Jones and will have responsibility for developing HMLs’ commercial relationships with existing clients, as well as the generation of business with new clients.
In addition to HML’s existing portfolio his role includes the development and implementation of new product and marketing strategies to generate further value for clients.
Turner joins HML from Logica plc where, for the past seven years, he was managing director of its Global Products Business. Prior to that, he was managing director of the global financial services product group of SchlumbergerSema.
He said: “I’m delighted to have joined HML at this exciting time in its development. The UK financial services sector faces a number of market, regulatory and structural challenges and HML is ideally positioned, as the UK’s leading financial outsourcer, to help financial institutions resolve and resource against these challenges.
“HML has a highly experienced and professional management team and I’m looking forward to working with them during the months ahead in developing our business with existing and new clients.”
