Cirencester Friendly has announced that Jessica Arthurs has been appointed as an account manager.
Previously senior customer care assistant for Cirencester Friendly, Arthurs (pictured) will be the first point of contact for new and existing financial advisers.
She will provide knowledge and support for both the Society’s individual income protection contracts, ‘My Earnings Insurance’ and ‘Income Assured Plus’.
Paul Hudson, chief executive of Cirencester Friendly, said: “I am delighted that Jessica has been appointed to her new role. She is a confident and knowledgeable member of staff and I am sure she will make a huge success of the task ahead.
“Jessica has been an excellent role model for our staff and I very much look forward to seeing her continue to develop and flourish within her new role.”
Arthurs added: “I am very enthusiastic about starting my new role as an account manager. I have worked at the society for five years now and I am thrilled to have a new challenge and focus.
“It is a very busy time for the Society after releasing our new product My Earnings Insurance and I’m very excited about introducing our fantastic products to advisers.”
