Ingard publishes annual conference agenda

The Ingard Annual Conference on Tuesday 27 June will cover issues such as the future of mortgage lending, regulation and new technology.

Held at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Coventry, the event will be hosted by the director of Ingard, David Ewing, who will be joined by 14 lenders and providers from across the industry.

Headline speakers at the event include AMI chief executive, Robert Sinclair; Precise Mortgages’ sales director, Roger Morris and Magellan Homeloans’ national sales director, Jason Neale. Ingard will be raising key topics surrounding buy-to-let regulation changes, trapped mortgage customers and the future of the economy following the general election vote.

Nikki Haworth, Ingard’s sales and marketing director, said: “We have selected industry leaders from every area of the market, including high street and specialist lenders, technology and legal sectors, to take part in this year’s Conference. Intermediaries will have the opportunity to spend time one-on-one with each provider in the exhibition area and during the roundtable sessions.

“We run this event every year and are delighted to say that it is always a huge success. In response to a growing number of directly authorised brokers expressing an interest in our new compliance packages, we are delighted to extend an invitation this year to both appointed representatives and directly authorised brokers.

“The doors will open at 8:00am with the ice-breaker challenge kicking off at 9:00am. A complimentary lunch will be provided and a selection of light bites and bottled beer will be supplied by Fleet Mortgages at the close of the Conference.”
