Investec has begun a new broker marketing campaign aimed at raising awareness of its mortgage service for high net worth individuals and qualified professionals requiring large loans.
The private bank and wealth manager’s campaign includes online, social media, advertising, e-mail and PR activities and focuses on its two core mortgage products.
Firstly, there is the Investec Professional Mortgage designed for qualified professionals earning over £75,000 per annum wanting to borrow between £250,000 and £1million.
Secondly, the Investec £Million+ Mortgage targets borrowers with a minimum income of £300,000 and net assets in excess of £3 million.
Borrowers don’t need to bank with Investec or have assets under management to apply for a residential mortgage and the products are available via brokers throughout England and Wales.
Peter Izard (pictured), who was recruited earlier this year to spearhead Investec’s push into the large loans market, said: “Investec has ambitious plans for the intermediary mortgage market and it’s great to get our marketing campaign underway.
“Brokers are well aware that when it comes to dealing with the needs of both professional and wealthy borrowers with complex financial circumstances, it can be frustrating trying to deal with traditional high street lenders.
“We understand the needs of this specialist sector and can tailor deals to meet individual circumstances. Our personal service includes a dedicated private banker for each Professional Mortgage application and a private banker to assess each mortgage application of £1million+.”
