James Bloom, managing director of short-term lending at Masthaven, has left the lender.
A spokesperson for Masthaven said: “James has worked with dedication to help develop Masthaven’s short-term lending proposition and has overseen numerous product launches.
“We would like to thank him for his work and commitment to Masthaven’s vision. We wish him the best of luck.”
Alan Margolis has become Masthaven’s director of bridging, while Patrick Davey has been promoted to become head of development finance.
Both roles report into chief commercial officer and Deputy CEO Jon Hall.
The spokesperson added: “These promotions are in recognition of the excellent work from both Alan and Patrick since joining Masthaven.”
