Keith Richards has resigned from his position of group distribution & development director at Tenet.
He is to pursue new opportunities in the financial services sector.
Richards joined Tenet in 2004, just ahead of depolarisation and subsequently led Tenet’s distribution strategy through that transition.
Having helped guide Tenet through RDR, he said: “I am delighted to have played a key role in the group’s on-going development and success over the past nine years and I am proud of what we have achieved together throughout that time.
“I joined Tenet when its financial circumstances and standing within the market were very different from what they are today and move on in the knowledge that it is both better positioned and in better shape than when I joined.
“However, much as I have enjoyed my time here, the time is right to move on to new challenges and opportunities within the industry. I leave behind some fantastic relationships with staff, advisers and providers and will miss working with them very much.”
Tenet executive chairman, Martin Greenwood, added: “Keith has made a significant contribution to Tenet during the last nine years and was a key driver in supporting the group’s transition to the post-RDR world. His insight and influence will be a loss to the business and I would like to thank him for his valuable contribution and commitment. We wish him every success in the future.”
