Kent Reliance has promoted Steve Seal to the position of head of sales.
This is recognition of his leading and developing the lender’s national account distribution strategy in 2016.
Seal has over 20 years’ experience in the mortgage industry, including time at Chelsea Building Society, Barclays and Halifax and played a key part in launching Virgin Money’s intermediary proposition.

Seal has recruited Dominic Sheahan to Kent Reliance as senior business development manager for the South West region. Having previously worked as business development manager with Metro Bank, Sheahan has over 16 years’ experience within the intermediary mortgage market, and has also worked for Bank of Scotland and Commercial First.
