Keystone Property Finance is rebranding its ‘Winter Special’ products.
They will be now form its ‘Larger Loan Special’ product range.
The products are available on both the lender’s Standard and Specialist buy-to-let ranges and will sit alongside its core product range.
The specialist buy-to-let lender first launched these products last September in response to positive feedback from brokers on previous promotions. The products offer rate reductions of up to 40 basis points compared to the company’s core product range, with rates starting from 3.09%.
The range includes 65% and 75% loan to value products for loan amounts between £250,000 and £1 million.
