Leeds Building Society has launched a new fees-assisted two-year discount mortgage at 3.64%.
The product is available up to 60% LTV. The Society is also launching versions of this product with a 1.84% discount up to 75% LTV (currently 3.85%) and with a 0.75% discount up to 80% LTV (currently 4.94%).
This product offers clients the chance to payback unlimited amounts without incurring any early repayment charges as the product requires no lock-ins at any time.
There is no higher lending charge and a booking fee of £199. Clients are also offered a free standard valuation up to £335 and free in-house legal services for standard re-mortgages.
