Legal & General Mortgage Club has announced that Clare Beardmore is joining from the Leek United Building Society, after a nearly 20 year stint at the mutual.
She will take up her new role as key relationship manager on 17 December.
Beardmore (pictured) was head of mortgage sales at the Leek United and was responsible for leading both the direct and intermediary sales teams. A key part of this included developing new and existing relationships with intermediaries including mortgage clubs and networks as well as generating direct mortgage business and overseeing retaining current customers who have reached the end of their mortgage product.
In her new role, she will be responsible for developing and managing the relationships with a number of Legal & General Mortgage Club’s key account intermediary firms as well as new business relationships in order to maximise sales and future opportunities.
Legal & General Mortgage Club is currently recruiting for an additional two key relationship managers.
