Lenders in FSA breach with sale and rent back, Beaumont claims

Sale and rent back (SRB) provider Residential Property Solutions (RPS) believes that certain UK lenders and mortgage administration companies are “unwittingly”” holding buy-to-let properties in breach of FSA regulations.
