Legal & General Mortgage Club’s 2019 Autumn Conference has now moved to a larger venue at the Business Design Centre in Islington, London.

This year’s theme is ‘Our customers are changing, are we?’ The conference will look ahead to envisage what the future holds for the mortgage market and what brokers and lenders are doing to adapt to the changing environment.

Sessions will cover topics such as the mortgage market update, innovation and growing the market, lending through the generations, specialist lending, and delivering the frictionless mortgage. Roberts said: “Following the popularity of our event last year, we are delighted to announce that the Autumn Conference is returning to London. We’ve relocated to a larger venue to accommodate our growing audience, and the conference will be an excellent opportunity to hear from high-profile speakers across the industry.

“The conference is designed to encourage debate and brokers will gain the latest insights into the mortgage market, as well as exploring the evolution and future of the intermediary sector. I’m excited to host for the second year running and am positive that this year’s event will again be hugely successful.”

David Fenton, chief economist at TSB, added: “I am delighted to be one of the keynote speakers at Legal & General Mortgage Club’s Autumn Conference. The event is a great platform to generate ideas and understand how lenders and brokers are dealing with the current market environment. The Autumn Conference serves as a great opportunity for individuals to network with peers from lenders and brokerages across the UK.”
