Lloyds Bank has unveiled a £500 cashback deal to customers who remortgage from another lender to it.
The offer will be available for customers who apply for a qualifying mortgage before 2 January 2017.
In addition, customers will also qualify for other offers such as the ongoing ‘Hassle Free’ mortgage service, which offers a basic legal fee paid, a free property assessment, as well as no mortgage account fee or product fee on selected mortgages.
Lloyds Bank’s remortgage products include:
- Remortgage two-year fixed, £0 fee at 60-75% LTV, 2.64 Club Lloyds and 2.84% otherwise.
- Remortgage two-year fixed, £0 fee at 75-80% LTV, 2.79 Club Lloyds and 2.99% otherwise.
- Remortgage five-year fixed, £0 fee at 0-60% LTV, 2.74 Club Lloyds and 2.94% otherwise.
