Lloyds Bank has announced changes to its mortgage product range.
For homemovers, 90% LTV two and five-year rates have been reduced by 0.30 percentage points. They now start from 4.29% with a £995 fee and one month’s payment back for Club Lloyds customers.
For first time buyers, 90% LTV two and five-year rates have also been reduced by 0.30 percentage points. They now start from 3.84% with a £995 fee for Club Lloyds customers.
