Market Financial Solutions (MFS) has joined PMS Mortgage Club’s lending panel.
This means PMS Mortgage Club’s network of intermediaries and brokers can have access to MFS’ range of buy-to-let mortgages products, offering loans up to £50 million with terms between three and 24 months.
At the start of October MFS announced it had reduced its buy-to-let mortgage rates, including a new range of products that allows brokers and their clients to choose their product fee depending on individual requirements, with flexibility to choose between a 2%, 4% or 6% fee across all four tiers of loans.
MFS says it on track to achieve its goal of growing its loan book to £1.5 billion by the end of 2023.
