The Monmouthshire Building Society is expanding its geographical lending area, in which residential mortgage loans of up to 95% loan to value (LTV) and its buy-to-let range will be available across England and Wales.
The change is effective immediately.
Dan Goulding, product development manager at the Monmouthshire, said: “The expansion of our lending area allows a wider range of customers from across England and Wales access to our competitive product range.
“The Society is always looking at ways to build on its strong foundations, and to grow as a mutual building society. We have exciting plans to further enhance the business for the benefit of our members and this is definitely a step in that direction.”
