Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) has made a series of new appointments within its sales team.
Rupert Swetman has been promoted into the new role of partnership sales director. Having joined the business as a partnership sales manager nearly a year ago, Swetman brings more than 25 years’ experience in operating large scale broker businesses to his new role.
Swetman will build a specialist team of business consultants, and he has already appointed his first two partnership managers, Kiah Foster, and Ben Leach. Foster joins MAB after spending seven years with its Australian division. Leach has spent the last 16 years at Nationwide in a variety of leadership roles, where he was responsible for optimising customer/employee journeys, driving large-scale efficiencies, and enhancing operational performance.
The trio are also supported by Francesca James, partnership telephone account manager, who will continue to act as a conduit to link the team to MAB’s strategic partners.
Peter Brodnicki, CEO, Mortgage Advice Bureau, said: “Following a successful start to 2024 and continued business growth, we’re delighted to have promoted Rupert to Partnership sales director, and welcome Kiah and Ben on board in their respective roles.
“As we strive to continually improve and grow, we have to bring the very best industry talent into MAB, which is exactly what we’ve been doing right across the business. I look forward to seeing what this exciting new team can achieve.”
