The Mortgage Lender (TML) is moving into its permanent operational base in Glasgow’s International Financial Services District later this month.
It will take up residence in the 9,000 square foot offices at Atrium Court on Waterloo Street, an area which is also home to JP Morgan, Barclays, Direct Line, e-Sure and Morgan Stanley, following a full re-fit which started in May.
The offices at Atrium Court can accommodate 110 full time employees.
Trevor Pothecary (pictured), The Mortgage Lender’s chief executive, said: “We are delighted to be moving into the building in the centre of Glasgow from which we will launch TML. Not only is it a great space from which to operate, it will help in attracting high quality individuals.”
