NAEA reveals conference host

The National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) has announced that BBC business correspondent Joe Lynam will host the fourth consecutive NAEA Conference, to be held on Tuesday 23 February 2016 at the Lancaster London Hotel.

Industry speakers will be present to discuss key issues facing the property market at the moment, including money laundering, as well as identity fraud. This year’s speakers will also include a senior government official as the keynote speaker as well as a leading property economist.

Tony Anderson – best known as the first marking director at EasyJet – will also speak at the conference, about what the property industry can learn from large businesses in terms of customer service, pricing and digital technology.

Martyn Baum, president, National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA), said: “The 2016 conference is a key event for all professionals working in the sector. The Conference will offer attendees the opportunity to learn, discuss and debate a wide range of topical and practical issues surrounding the UK housing market while building their knowledge of the sector.

“Housing continues to be a key issue for all, and our delegates intend to touch on important topics that are currently front of mind.”
