NAEA reveals national conference line-up

The National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) has revealed that Sally Bundock, business and financial journalist at the BBC, will be hosting its annual national conference.

The line-up also features Mark Palmer, marketing director at Pret A Manger as the keynote speaker, as well as Peter Andrews from the Bank of England and Miles Shipside, commercial director at Rightmove, who will provide some insights from the company’s recent research following the journeys of buyers and sellers.

The programme will cover subjects such as marketing and sales tips, techniques to improve personal performance, the wider economic backdrop in relation to the evolution of lending.

The event for those working within the UK estate agent industry will be held on 9 February at 155 Bishopsgate in London.

David Mackie, president of the National Association of Estate Agents, said: “We’re really looking forward to welcoming everyone to the conference in February, including delegates and our already impressive line-up of speakers – there are more to be announced closer to the time.

“The housing market continues to dominate the political and news agenda, and the conference provides a good opportunity for attendees to learn from peers, discuss and debate a range of topics affecting them in the sector, and build their knowledge.”
