NatWest has made changes to its core and semi-exclusive ranges of residential and buy-to-let purchase mortgages and remortgages.
The changes are as follows:
Core Range:
Shared Equity
- Selected two-year fixed rate purchase – Increases of 15bps
- Five-year fixed rate purchase – Increases of 1bps on 70% and 75% LTV deals.
Help to Buy: Shared Equity scheme
- Selected two-year fixed rate purchase – Increases of 15bps
- Five-year fixed rate purchase – Increases of 1bps on 70% and 75% LTV deals.
Residential
- Selected two-year fixed rate purchase – Increases of between 1-15bps
- Five-year fixed rate purchase – increases of 1bps on 60% and 95% LTV deals.
Semi-exclusive range:
Residential
- Selected five-year fixed rate purchase – Increases of between 1-5bps
- Selected five-year fixed rate remortgage – Increases of between 1-6bps
Buy-to-let
- Selected two-year fixed rate purchase – Increases of between 1-3bps
- Selected five-year fixed rate purchase – Increases of between 6-11bps
- Selected two-year fixed rate remortgage – Increases of between 1-6bps
- Selected five-year fixed rate remortgage – Increases of between 2-3bps
