Networks to provide free CRM software tools

HLPartnership and Mortgage Support Network, which adopted the 360 Dotnet CRM system in 2015, have announced that 360’s suite of marketing modules, which are normally paid for extras, will now be free to members for the next 12 months.

Among the modules included in the deal are Campaign Manager, to help ARs market to their existing client bases, and Performance Explorer, the data analysis and reporting tools suite.

Neil Hoare (pictured), commercial director, said that interacting with existing customers in a post GDPR world is seen by both HLP and MSN as a way for ARs to maintain relationships, identify and meet needs as well as act as a positive means of minimising the chances of customers seeking advice elsewhere.

He said: “One of the key messages from the workshops was the importance of maintaining regular contact with customers. What better way to do that than through the 360 Dotnet CRM system, which has already proven to be one of the most powerful tools in the market.

“We are underlining our commitment to our members by providing the service free of charge in order to encourage more to adopt it as their system of choice.

“Technology is not something which we need to fear as advisers. Instead, it offers all of us the opportunity to link our human understanding and knowledge of the mortgage and protection sector with the kind of technology which can revolutionise the way we all interact with customers, providing them with closer contact, more information and the ability to meet their needs without having to seek help anywhere else.”
