Yorkshire Building Society is offering a new 10-year fixed rate mortgage.
It is priced at 3.99% for mortgages up to 75% LTV (loan to value).
The mortgage has no product fee and the rate is fixed until 30 June 2023.
A standard £130 mortgage processing fee applies.
An offset equivalent is available at 4.19%.
Yorkshire Building Society product manager Brendan Gilligan said: “We’ve seen strong demand for our 10 year fixed rate mortgages in the past so we’re pleased to be able to offer this option once again.
“Borrowers have been taking advantage of our current low mortgage rates by fixing their payments and this latest 10-year product offers them the certainty of knowing what they will be paying each month for years to come.
“In addition, this mortgage is portable which means borrowers could transfer it if they move home between now and June 2023.”
