Lloyds Bank has introduced a new range of 10-year fixes for remortgage customers and home movers.
As with Lloyds Bank’s other fixed rate products, the new 10-year fixes come with a 0.20 percentage point discount for Club Lloyds customers, plus an additional 0.20 percentage point discount for these customers available until 19 August 2018.
The new mortgage products have with and without fee options.
Examples of the 10-year fixed rates for Club Lloyds customers are as follows:
- Remortgages: 2.42% (60% LTV and £995 fee – including 0.40% discount) 2.64% (75% LTV and £995 fee – including 0.40 percentage point discount).
- Home movers: 2.64% (60% LTV and £995 fee – including 0.40% discount) 2.84% (75% LTV and £995 fee – including 0.40 percentage point discount)
Andrew Mason, Lloyds Bank’s mortgage products director, said: “We’re seeing customers looking for longer periods of certainty when it comes to mortgage payments.
