Godiva Mortgages has launched a new range of buy-to-let mortgages.
They include a 4.49% Flexx for Term at 60% LTV and 4.75% Flexx for Term at 70%, both with no early repayment charges.
The specialist lender of the Coventry Building Society has also extended its previous remortgage only schemes to also include purchases. Rates include 4.74% two-year fix at 60% LTV and 5.24% two-year fix at 70% LTV.
All products have booking and arrangement fees of £1050. One valuation up to £680 is included with all buy-to-let products.
