Fleet Mortgages has appointed Paul Flude as its a new business development manager (BDM) covering the South East.
Flude (pictured) reports to sales director, Ross Turrell, and will look after Fleet’s relationships with advisers and intermediaries across the South East region.
He joins Fleet Mortgages having worked in estate agency and as a finance broker, before becoming a BDM with CHL Mortgages.
His most recent role was as a self-employed mortgage adviser.
Turrell said: “Once again we are very pleased to have brought on board a BDM with significant experience in the role, as well as having worked as a mortgage adviser. This type of knowledge, and the strong contacts Paul already has, will I’m sure stand him in good stead as he develops his role within Fleet Mortgages.
“We are well aware of Paul’s many qualities and believe he will be a vital team member for us and will bring an enthusiasm to the role. This will help develop our proposition with the advisers and key relationships we already have right across the South East region.”
