Abbey for Intermediaries (AfI) is launching a new ‘Intermediary Special’ deal tomorrow.
It is a two-year fixed rate product priced at 2.99% and available up to 60% LTV.
It comes with a £995 fee and includes the Homebuyer solution,which includes free basic valuation and £250 cashback).
The product has a maximum loan size of £550,000 and will be available to all intermediaries.
