Coventry Intermediaries has launched buy-to-let deals with flat fees and no ERCs
The new range is available from Friday 27 July. It includes:
Five-year fixed rates
- 4.75%, fixed until 31.10.17, 65% LTV, £250 booking fee with £1249 arrangement fee.
- 4.89%, fixed until 31.10.17, 65% LTV, £250 booking fee with £999 arrangement fee.
- 4.99%, fixed until 31.10.17, 65% LTV, £250 booking fee with no arrangement fee.
Flexx for Term rates
- 4.35%, Flexx for Term, 65% LTV, £250 booking fee with £999 arrangement fee, unlimited over payments with no ERCs.
- 4.49%, Flexx for Term, 65% LTV, £250 booking fee with no arrangement fee, unlimited overpayments with no ERCs.
