Coventry Intermediaries has launched new residential and buy-to-let products including new Flexx for Term options.
Rates start from 2.29% with a range of fee structures and LTVs.
New deals include the following:
- 3.25% Fixed Rate until 30.06.19, 65% LTV £199 booking fee, £800 arrangement fee early repayment charges (ERCs) payable to 30.06.19.
- 2.29% Flexx for Term, variable rate 65% LTV, £199 booking fee, £800 arrangement fee with no ERCs.
- 2.65% Flexx for Term, variable rate, 80% LTV, £199 booking fee, £800 arrangement fee with no ERCs.
