Abbey for Intermediaries has launched two new deals with no fee for borrowers with a higher LTV.
The products are as follows:
- Two-year fix with a rate of 3.79% and no fee, available up to 85% LTV to both homebuyers and remortgagers
- Two-year fix with a rate of 4.49% and no fee, available up to 90% LTV to first-time buyers only
Both products come with the added benefit of either the Homebuyer Solution or for the remortgage product, the Remortgage Solution. The Homebuyer Solution offers borrowers a free standard mortgage valuation and £250 cashback on completion, while the Remortgage Solution offers a free standard mortgage valuation, and either free legals or £250 cashback on completion.
Abbey for Intermediaries is also launching a two-year fix with a rate of 2.14% and a £1249 fee, available exclusively through all Key Accounts. The product is available up to 70% LTV to both homebuyers and remortgagers. The product has a minimum loan size of £200k and also comes with the Homebuyer or Remortgage Solution.
