Coventry Intermediaries has launched a new range of Offset and Flex for Term options.
The new range offers Flexx for Term deals with rates from 2.65% available at 65% LTV and Offset five-year fixed rates at 3.35%.
New deals include:
- 2.65%, Flexx for Term, 65% LTV £199 booking fee with £800 arrangement fee and no early repayment charges.
- 3.35%, Offset, five-year fixed rate until 30.06.18, 65% LTV £199 booking fee with £300 arrangement fee and ERCs of 3% of balance until 30.06.18
- 3.89%, Offset, five-year fixed rate until 30.06.18, 80% LTV £199 booking fee with £300 arrangement fee and ERCs of 3% of balance until 30.06.18
