The Nottingham has launched four new mortgage products.
The new deals consist of three residential fixed rate mortgages and a discount buy-to-let product.
They are:
- 2 year, 4.45% (was 4.79%) fixed rate, 90% LTV
- 2 year, 3.48% (was 3.79%) fixed rate, 85% LTV
- 2 year, 2.75% (was 2.79%) fixed rate, 75% LTV
- 2 year, 2.75% discount off BTL VMR, 3.79% pay rate (was 2.45% discount and 4.09% pay rate),75% LTV
All products are available through the branch network, directly or via selected intermediaries and are for purchases and remortgages.
A free basic valuation is included and there are free legals for remortgages.
On residential fixed rates there is a £199 upfront booking fee (non refundable) and an £800 arrangement fee (paid on completion).
With the buy-to-let discount there is a £499 upfront booking fee (non refundable) and £1,000 arrangement fee (paid on completion) but no early repayment charges.
