NatWest Intermediary Solutions has introduced two new 60% LTV deals to its corporate range.
Both deals are available on a purchase and remortgage basis and are free of arrangement fees. They are:
- Two-year fixed rate 3.49%, 60% LTV purchase and remortgage with no fee (up to £250,000 max. loan)
- Two-year tracker 3.29%, 60% LTV purchase and remortgage with no fee (up to £250,000 max. loan)
“These new no-fee deals have been introduced in response to conversations we have had with our intermediary partners about our portfolio of products,” explained Mark Bullard, head of sales, NatWest Intermediary Solutions. “It broadens the choice we have available and gives brokers more options to offer their clients.”
