Post Office has launched a new range of mortgages, including a branch exclusive with no arrangement fee targeting the re-mortgage market.
New deals include:
- Branch exclusive: 4.25% two-year fixed rate mortgage at 90% LTV (no fee)
- 3.48% two-year fixed rate mortgage at 90% LTV (£1,495 fee)
- 1.63% two-year fixed rate mortgage at 65% LTV (£1,995 fee)
- 3.15% five-year fixed rate mortgage at 75% LTV (£995 fee)
These new products follow the recent unveiling of Post Office’s Help to Buy rates.
