Abbey for Intermediaries (AFI) is increasing the maximum loan size on its Flexible Offset products tomorrow (22 June).
The new ceiling with be £1 million.
The relevant products are:
- Homebuyer, 75% LTV, 3.99% (BBR + 3.49%) with a £995 booking fee
- Remortgage, 75% LTV, 4.19% (BBR + 3.69%) with a £995 booking fee
There is no change to the mortgage rates.
