Lettings insurance firm HomeLet has developed a new insurance product called Landlord’s Insurance+.
It includes buildings and contents insurance and includes emergency assistance and up to £500,000 of buildings cover as standard.
In addition the new policy covers loss of rent or re-letting costs following a claim. Lost rent is covered for up to two years (or £50,000).
Managing director John Boyle said: “Landlords
