Amicus Finance has opened a new office on Princess Street in the centre of Manchester, as it seeks to significantly expand its presence across the North.
The new Manchester office will provide SME lending, working capital solutions and short term property loans through its three divisions, Norton Folgate, Amicus Commercial Finance and Amicus Property Finance, the latter relocating from its existing regional offices in Preston.
John Jenkins, CEO at Amicus, said: “We are delighted to be able to cement our business in the North. Having built a strong business base from our property lending expertise we have significantly broadened our proposition into other areas of specialist lending.”
Amicus’ new Manchester office will initially employ 20 staff and the company expects to expand its headcount over 2017.
