Tenet has confirmed the appointment of Barry Meeks as non-executive director.
Meeks has held numerous roles in the financial sector since 1979. For the past four years he has been chief operating officer of The Home and Savings Bank (TH&SB) and prior to that he was a subsidiary managing director for the Skipton Building Society Group.
From 2006 to 2008 he was CEO of the Pink Home Loans Group. He has also had senior management roles at Crusader Insurance and Abbey National Building Society.
Martin Greenwood, Tenet’s executive chairman, said: “We are delighted to welcome someone with Barry’s knowledge and expertise to the board and are confident his input – particularly on the mortgage side – will be of great benefit to the group.”
